| Welcome to the fifth annual Ojai Film Festival. This year's festival will take place Thursday, October 21st through Sunday, October 24th, 2004. Hundreds of films from all over the world compete to be shown at this increasingly prestigious event, and more than 70 exceptional films have been selected for the festival. |

"NINTH NOVEMBER NIGHT" 2003, USA, Director/Producer: Henning Lohner; Producer: Gisela Guttman, 23 min.. This film, in commemoration of the 65th anniversary of Kristallnacht, demonstrates how the power of art can hold us to our conscience. Fifty years after the infamous night, Austrian artist Gottfried Helnwein erected a heroic installation in Cologne – larger than life paintings of 17 children's faces. Here is his story. |
